RICHMOND --Jamie Plummer scored 18 points as Richmond defeated Greenville 38-29 in an East-West Conference girls basketball game Friday.
Danica Hurley added five steals and Brianna Snedeker had eight points and 11 rebounds for Richmond (16-1).
Miranda Drinkwater scored 12 points for Greenville (12-6).
Boys basketball
Greenville 52, Richmond 43: Howie Stone scored 12 points and JoJo Pelletier added 10 as the Lakers (12-6) earned the East-West Conference win in Richmond.
The Bobcats (4-14) were led by Tyler Harrington with 11 points and 11 rebounds. Cade Strout added 11 points while Brian Snedecker chipped in with 10.
Kents Hill 55, New Hampton 47: O'Shea Bell scored 17 points as the Huskies won in Kents Hill.
James Brown added nine points for Kents Hill (4-8).
Matt Dean had 17 points for New Hampton (6-6).
Thursday night
Hampden 64, Messalonskee 50: The host Broncos took a 27-13 halftime lead and never looked back on their way to the KVAC A win. Christian McCue scored 20 points to lead Hampden (17-1) while Logan Poirier and Fred Knight each scored 11.
Messalonskee (2-16) was led by Gage Landry with 15 points.
