Sebago Lake Fishing Derby canceled

By Tom Chard tchard@pressherald.com
Staff Writer

The Sebago Lake Fishing Derby, scheduled for this weekend, has been canceled because of unsafe conditions on Sebago Lake.

However, the Cumberland County Derby will be held as there are plenty of safe lakes in the county for perch, pickerel or cusk fishing.

All the prize money for the Sebago Lake Derby has been shifted to the Cumberland County Derby. For more information, contact Toby Pennels of the Sebago Lake Rotary at 892-1314.
