We need to vote for those who are best bet for future

Letter to the Editor

No matter whom our candidates are, it is important to vote.

Before people vote, they must ask themselves these simple questions:

* Are more people working today than four years ago?

* Have home values gone up in the last few years?

* Has the financial condition of Social Security and Medicare gotten better or worse?

* Has our national debt grown?

* Is America more or less respected?

* Does the future for our children and grandchildren look better or worse?

In other words -- are we better off? And do we see a bright future for us and our family?

We should answer these questions for ourselves (not from political ads, which are usually inaccurate) and then vote for the people we feel would be our best bet for the future.
