Hubert a good choice for Pittston selectwoman

Letter to the Editor

On Monday, voters in Pittston will elect a new selectboard member.

I urge other voters to join me in voting for Jane Hubert.

Hubert has served in many capacities in Pittston, on several committees and previously was selectwoman for the town. She is hard-working, loves our community, is smart and fair. She is extremely compassionate and careful in her consideration of any issue, as well as being highly ethical.

The polling place (Town Office) will be open from noon to 7 p.m., different from the usual voting hours. I urge everyone to make note so they can exercise their voting rights.
