Our politicians have built a fiscal cliff, most likely to push the other side off.
Most likely, however, we will be the ones to fall off and all the politicians, having justified this cliff to themselves, will stand back and say it was not their fault.
I am not sure, but I would bet that foreign aid, one of our biggest expenditures, is nowhere near this cliff.
