10 percent cuts across the board; start with Congress

Letter to the Editor

The problem of our economic mess has a solution, but it requires a change in attitude for every one of us.

Members of Congress should start by cutting their pay and benefits by 10 percent. Then they should cut 10 percent from every program and benefit for the rest of us.
