AUGUSTA -- A number of people were sentenced in separate hearings Tuesday and Wednesday in Kennebec County Superior Court.

* Tammera K. Arnold, 44, of Warren, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, March 22 in Waterville; 45-day prison sentence, credit for 24 hours served.

* Corey J. Dionne, 21, of Augusta, assault, June 14 and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, April 5 in Augusta and April 6 in Waterville; three-year prison sentence with all but seven months suspended, two years' probation, up to $15,000 restitution. Charges of robbery and violating conditions of release were dismissed.

* Nicholas S. Dudley, 23, of South China, three counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, three counts of theft by unauthorized taking, April 19 in Waterville; theft by deception and burglary of a motor vehicle, March 5 in Augusta; unlawful possession of scheduled drugs, April 21 in China; four-year prison sentence, with all but nine months suspended, two years' probation, $3,138 restitution, $400 fine.

* Timothy E. Hinckley, 31, of China, operating under the influence, operating after habitual offender revocation and failing to stop for an officer, May 25 in China; four-year prison sentence, with all but nine months and one day suspended, two year's probation, $2,100 in fines, six-year license and registration suspension.

* Joshua Ryan Johnston, 25, of Waterville, criminal trespass and domestic violence assault, Aug. 29 in Winslow, and theft by deception, June 1 in Waterville; 364-day prison sentence with all but 30 days suspended, two years' probation.

* Mark Ronald Lamirande, 43, of Oakland, negotiating a worthless instrument, April 9 in Waterville; $370 fine.

* Robert A. McFee, 33, of Monmouth, operating under the influence, Feb. 25 in Winthrop; three-year prison sentence, all but 30 days suspended, two years' probation, $1,100 fine, six-year license and registration suspension.

* Keith Allen Tardiff, 20, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, June 20 in Augusta; four-year prison sentence with all but eight months suspended, two years' probation.

* Jennifer D. Willey, 41, of Hermon, unlawful possession of hydrocodone, March 2 in Sidney; three-year prison sentence, all but 15 days suspended, two years' probation, $400 fine.
