Melissa B. Lacroix, 44, Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, priors, Sept. 14, 2012, in Skowhegan; $500 fine, two-year department of corrections all suspended, two-year probation.

James L. Mayo II, 41, Skowhegan, terrorizing, Feb. 6, 2011, in Skowhegan; four-month 29-day jail sentence, probation revoked.

James Leroy Mayo II, 41, Skowhegan, criminal threatening with dangerous weapon, April 26, 2012, in Cornville; two-year department of corrections all suspended, two-year probation. Criminal threatening, April 26, 2012, in Cornville; dismissed.

Jay S. Mercier, 57, Industry, murder, July 5, 1980, in Anson; 70-year department of corrections.

Robert Lee Nelson, 42, Anson, illegal possession of firearm or crossbow, Oct. 31, 2009; no action listed.

Jeffrey W. Picard, 51, Mercer, hunting under the influence over 21, Nov. 17, 2012, in Mercer; $1,000 fine, 10-day jail sentence. Illegal possession of firearm, Nov. 17, 2012, in Mercer; nine-month jail sentence.

Amanda L. Roberts, 25, Fairfield, burglary, Oct. 21, 2009, in Fairfield; probation partially revoked, no sentence imposed.

Deven Lee Scott, 22, Stetson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Sept. 10, 2012, in Palmyra; 180-day jail sentence all but 10 days suspended, one-year probation.

Ahmed Abdi Shaur, 31, Pittsfield, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, April 21, 2009, in Pittsfield; 45-day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.

William H. Stankard, 53, North Bradford, Conn., possession of antlerless deer, Nov. 9, 2011, in Cambridge; $500 fine. Hunting deer after having killed one, Nov. 7, 2011, in Cambridge; dismissed.

Katherine A. Strysko, 28, Skowhegan, negotiate a worthless instrument, July 2, 2011, in Skowhegan; 60-day jail sentence, probation partially revoked, probation continued.
