Darrell Bowden, 54, Bangor, operating under the influence (OUI)-one prior, Nov. 4, 2012, in Pittsfield; $600 fine, 364-day jail sentence all but 90 days suspended, one-year probation, three-year license suspension. Operating while license was suspended or revoked, Nov. 4, 2012, in Pittsfield; $600 fine, seven-day jail sentence, one-year license suspension.

Mark D. Claydon, 45, Scotia, N.Y., , operating without safety equipment, Sept. 18, 2012, in Jackman; $100 fine.

Kenneth E. Corson, 48, Norridgewock, hunting from a stand or blind overlooking deer bait, Oct. 27, 2012, in Norridgewock; $200 fine.

Dwayne G. Costain, 36, OLeary, Canada, rule violation, operation with false duty, Oct. 17, 2006, in Pittsfield; $750 fine.

Roland L. Cummings, 43, Palermo, violating a condition of release, Sept. 28, 2012, in Madison; 30-day jail sentence.

Roland L. Cummings, 43, Waterville, violating a condition of release, Nov. 7, 2012, in Skowhegan; 48-hour jail sentence.

Matthew P. Frye, 28, Skowhegan, operating while license suspended or revoked, Aug. 11, 2012, in Skowhegan; dismissed.

Chad M. Gehrke, 42, Athens, violating a protective order, Aug. 17, 2012, in Madison; 120-day jail sentence.

David Gilbert, 48, Madison, violating a condition of release, Oct. 6, 2012, in Madison; dismissed.

Gerhard R. Grignon, 57, Athens, two charges of unlawful cutting of trees, both on May 6, 2010, both in Palmyra; both charges dismissed.

Richard A. Hilton, 34, Skowhegan, unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, Sept. 30, 2012, in Skowhegan; dismissed.
