SKOWHEGAN -- The following cases were closed from Jan. 1-4, 2013 in Skowhegan District Court.

Andrianna M. Benito, 24, Pittsfield, operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior, Oct. 1, in Pittsfield; $500 fine.

Ross Correia, 22, Anson, operating a vehicle without a license-conditions restricted, Aug. 30, in Anson; $60 fine.

James Gifford, 68, Rockwood, operating a motor boat with a passenger for hire without a license, Aug. 24, no location listed; $100 fine.

Billie Jo M. Hawes, 34, Norridgewock, operating while license was suspended or revoked, prior, Jan. 1, in Skowhegan; $500 fine. Operating under the influence, Jan. 1, in Skowhegan; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Christopher L. Lisherness, 22, Skowhegan, domestic violence terrorizing, Dec. 15, in Madison; six-month jail sentence.

Robert A. Moulton, 66, Guilford, rule violation, Nov. 29, 2012, in Seboomook Township; $100 fine.

Kendra Parlin, 41, Norridgewock, protective order from harassment violation, Dec. 29, in Skowhegan; 36-hour jail sentence.

Adam S. Sincyr, 27, Skowhegan, violating a condition of release, Nov. 5, in Skowhegan; three-day jail sentence. Unlawful possession of a scheduled drug, Jan. 3, in Skowhegan; $400 fine, 180-day jail sentence all but three days suspended, one-year probation. Violating a condition of release, Jan. 3, in Skowhegan; three-day jail sentence.

Dustin A. Turner, 23, Madison, violating a condition of release, Jan. 1, in Madison; 48-hour jail sentence.

Linda V. Whitmore Smithers, 65, Starks, allowing a dog to be at large, Dec. 10, in Starks; $50 fine.

Peter Wing, 50, Palmyra, domestic violence assault, Jan. 1, in Palmyra; eight-month jail sentence. Violating a condition of release, Jan. 1, in Palmyra; six-month jail sentence. Refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, Jan. 1, in Palmyra; six-month jail sentence.
