At 46-year-old Oakland man was charged with operating after suspension during a traffic stop by Maine State Police Trooper Aaron Turcotte on Commerce Drive. Turcotte stopped the driver again Sunday, that time on Route 23 in Oakland, and again charged him with operating after suspension.
