At 4:04 p.m., Maxine Jean Stonier, 43, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct by police responding to a report of disorderly conduct on Washington Street Place.
6:03 p.m., Kristan S. Preo, 28, of Windsor, was arrested on charges of theft by taking or transfer and unlawful possession of a schedule Y drug, and was summoned on a charge of sale and use of drug paraphernalia by police responding to a report of shoplifting at Shaw's Plaza on Western Avenue.
7:43 p.m., Adam T. Binns, 32, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of domestic-violence assault and obstructing the reporting of a crime by police responding to a report of disorderly conduct on Murray Street.
