THURSDAY

At 5:22 p.m., shoplifting was reported at Walmart on Civic Center Drive.

6:28 p.m., criminal mischief was reported on Mount Vernon Avenue.

6:53 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported on East Chestnut Street.

7:25 p.m., a disturbance was reported at Arch Beta Apartments on Gray Birch Drive.

10:48 p.m., a disturbance was reported at Pine View Estates on Capitol Street.

11:03 p.m., a disturbance was reported on State Street.

FRIDAY

At 12:51 a.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Boothby Street.

10:06 a.m., simple assault was reported on Crosby Street.

10:09 a.m., criminal mischief was reported at Motivational Services on Middle Street.

11:20 a.m., criminal mischief was reported on State Street.

4:11 p.m., one person was taken to the hospital after police and rescue units responded to a report of intoxicated persons at Cotes Apartments, Water Street.

At 1:33 p.m., criminal mischief was reported on Pleasant View Ridge Road.

At 11:10 a.m., a past burglary was reported on Water Street.

2:21 p.m., a caller from Central Street reported a disturbance, disorderly conduct.

44:56 p.m., a past burglary was reported on Front Street.

PITTSTON

THURSDAY

At 10:48 a.m., fraud was reported on Putnam Park Road.

VASSALBORO

THURSDAY

At 10:29 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Main Street.

WINTHROP

THURSDAY

At 2:50 p.m., theft was reported on Cross Road.

3:42 p.m., harassment was reported on Town Hall Lane.

Arrests

AUGUSTA

THURSDAY

At 6:35 p.m., Jerica J. Reny, 22, of Winslow, was arrested at Shaw's supermarket on Western Avenue and charged with theft and violating a condition of release.

8:26 p.m., Stephen T. Melanson, 41, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant at Hannaford supermarket on Cony Street. A 40-year-old Augusta man was also summoned on a charge of theft in a related incident.
