At 7:04 p.m., Justin W. Roy, 24, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant and charges of leaving the scene of a property-damage accident and operating after suspension by police responding to a report of a hit-and-run crash at the intersection of Airport Road and Western Avenue.
11:52 p.m., Maranda M. Walker, 20, of Manchester, was arrested on a warrant and charges of operating under the influence; failure to give correct name, address or date of birth; and operating after suspension, by police responding to a traffic complaint on Civic Center Drive.
