At 8:11 p.m., Steven Kenneth Jasper, 31, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct by police responding to a noise complaint on Water Street.

THURSDAY

At 12:56 a.m., Jerome Kelly, 48, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault by police responding to a disorderly conduct complaint on Boothby Street.
