Kennebec County Superior Court sentencings

STAFF REPORT

AUGUSTA -- Several people were sentenced recently in separate cases heard in Kennebec County Superior Court:

Colby J. Michaud, 19, of Fairfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Oct. 10, in Waterville; 30-day jail sentence.

Kevin A. Miller, 49, of Clinton, two counts of forgery, between June 16-19, 2011, in Clinton; $400 in fines.

Brandon A. Proctor, 43, of Oxford, unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, June 20, in Monmouth; four-year jail sentence, all but 15 days suspended, two years' probation, $400 fine.

Tara Rudzinski, 28, of Norridgewock, unlawful furnishing of scheduled drug, June 3, in Oakland; four-year jail sentence, all but 90 days suspended, two years' probation, $400 fine, $60 restitution.

Daniel H. Warren III, 37, of Pittston, violation of a protective order, July 22, 2011, in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.
