STAFF REPORTS
AUGUSTA -- The following people were sentenced last week in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:
Michael M. Marro, 20, of Augusta, five counts of burglary and five counts of theft July 25-Oct. 1, all in Augusta; four-year jail sentence, all but six months suspended, two years' probation; $11,591 restitution.
Joseph Santerre, 26, of Canaan, domestic-violence assault Sept. 23 in Waterville; five year prison sentence, all but nine months suspended, two years' probation.
Jonathan Sugden, 26, of Waterville, operating under the influence Sept. 15 in Waterville; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.
Daniel Deforest Truman, 44, two counts of possession of sexually explicit materials of a minor under 12 on Jan. 24, 2012; four-year jail sentence, all but nine months suspended, two years' probation.
Jordan E. Waterman, 21, of Freedom, assault and violating condition of release July 22, in Augusta; four-year jail sentence all but six months suspended, two years' probation.
Nicholas Walters, 34, of Augusta, operating after habitual-offender revocation March 23, in Pittston; $1,000 fine, 30 day jail sentence.
