AUGUSTA -- A number of people were sentenced Tuesday in separate hearings in Kennebec County Superior Court:
* Jeb M. Baker, 31, of East Madison, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Feb. 22 in Waterville; 10-day alternative sentencing program.
* Marc H. Courtemanche Jr., 33, of Athens, unlawful possession of Oxycodone and operating while license suspended or revoked; 10-day jail sentence, credit for 10 days served, $900 fine.
* Peter Giberson, 61, of Gardiner, criminal threatening Aug. 24, 2009 in Augusta; 120-day jail sentence, credit for 120 days served.
* Jonathan Edward Spaulding, 32, of Albion, operating after habitual offender revocation March 27 in Albion; two-year prison sentence, $1,000 fine.
* Jan-Michael Vose, 27, of Farmingdale, reckless conduct May 20, 2009, in Waterville; 364-day jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, to be served in the alternative sentencing program, one year administrative release.
* Daniel H. Warren Jr., 61, of Pittston, false public report Oct. 23, 2008, in Pittston; $1,500 fine.
* John A. Wood Jr., 28, of Freeport, illegal possession of a firearm April 14 in Waterville; 18-month prison term concurrent to a probation revocation.
