Four sentenced in Kennebec Superior Court

STAFF REPORT

AUGUSTA -- Four people were sentenced recently in separate cases heard in Kennebec County Superior Court.

* James Robert Decker, 42, of Sidney, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and cultivating marijuana, March 23, 2011, in Sidney; 364-day jail sentence, all suspended, one-year administrative release, $800 fine.

* Nicole Ellis, 26, of Augusta, assault Oct. 18 in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence, $300 fine.

* Jamie L. Gagnon, theft by receiving stolen property July 20, 2011, in Vassalboro; $500 fine.

* Tarnapon T. Sungsuwam, 19, of Fairfield, aggravated trafficking in cocaine, unlawful possession of cocaine and forfeiture of $1,049 Dec. 6, 2011, in Waterville; four-year jail sentence, all but six months suspended, three years of probation.
