Van W. Ames III, 35, of Augusta, assault May 3 in Augusta; $300 fine.

Bruce A. Barter, 61, of Boothbay, failure to register vehicle Aug. 13 in Chelsea; $100 fine.

Mitchell J. Berry, 31, of Waterville, failing to display ATV registration numbers Aug. 5 in Manchester; $100 fine.

Casey Bowden, 24, of Gardiner, domestic violence assault July 14 in Gardiner; $300 fine.

Momeine Rahkeya Jashon Bynum, 35, of Augusta, domestic violence assault Oct. 6 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but 10 days suspended, two years' probation.

Nicholas J. Carpenter, 26, of Augusta, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures July 16 in Augusta; $150 fine.

Hannah J. Corbin, 22, of South China, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, Aug. 3 in West Gardiner; $350 fine.

Mallory L. Cote, 22, of Augusta, harassment April 17 in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence.

Justin Degreenia, 22, of Augusta, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place Sept. 2 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Heath Dupont, 40, of Augusta, violating protective order Aug. 23 in Augusta; 60-day jail sentence.

Amanda Erving, 32, of Gardiner, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place Aug. 20 in Gardiner; $100 fine.

Cole C. Evans, 18, of China, failing to stop, remain, render aid, personal injury Aug. 12 in China; $400 fine.

Joseph Everett, 46, of Winthrop, domestic violence criminal threatening July 12 in Augusta; 80-day jail sentence.

Lorraine Fish, 50, of Leeds, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 6 in Augusta; $400 fine.

Bradley I. Flowers, 35, of Augusta, domestic violence assault and domestic violence terrorizing, both Sept. 30 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence all but five months suspended, two years' probation.

Joseph B. Flynn, 30, of Rockport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 10 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Rebecca K. French, 38, of Vassalboro, failure to register vehicle July 3 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Francis M. Gagne, 22, of Greene, violating condition of release Aug. 14 in Monmouth; $200 fine.

Richard C. Gagne, 20, of Greene, minor possessing liquor Aug. 14 in Monmouth; $200 fine.

Kassandra L. Gammon, 19, of Vassalboro, operating while license suspended or revoked July 28 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Richard P. Giles, 56, of Boothbay, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, Aug. 21 in Gardiner; $350 fine.

Corey James Gurney, 31, of Mount Vernon, operating while license suspended or revoked June 9 and two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, both June 7, all in Manchester; $900 in fines, $5.50 restitution.

Patrick M. Gurney, 34, no town of residence listed, operating under the influence Aug. 12 in Monmouth; $600 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Dominique O. Harrington, 19, of Hallowell, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 7 in Augusta; $400 fine.
