AUGUSTA -- The following is a list of cases closed between Sept. 20-Oct. 3, 2012, in Augusta District Court:

Patrick C. Benson, 56, of Randolph, commercial vehicle rule violation: operation with false duty June 18 in Hallowell; $500 fine.

David Bilodeau, 37, of Augusta, operating under the influence July 26 in Augusta; $900 fine, five-day jail sentence, 90 day license suspension, $200 restitution.

Dakota C. Bonnell, 21, of Augusta, domestic violence assault Aug. 2 in Augusta; 60-day jail sentence.

Jason K. Brown, 28, of Waterville, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 22 in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence.

Lisa L. Brown, 49, of Gardiner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer May 17 in Augusta; $500 fine.

Timothy Eichler, 33, of Fayette, stalking -- fear damage, destruction, tampering with property April 6 and failure to appear in court on criminal summons May 16, both in Augusta; 180-day all suspended jail sentence, one-year probation, $200 fine, $200 suspended.

Bruce A. Ewings, 50, of Houlton, commercial vehicle rule violation: operation 15-hour rule Aug. 17 in West Gardiner; $250 fine.

Bradley J. Freeman, 27, of Augusta, failing to obtain driving license Aug. 4 in Chelsea; $150 fine.

Ashley Grazioso, 21, of Augusta, violating condition of release and operating after habitual offender revocation, both Sept. 24 in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence, $500 fine, 30-day jail sentence.

Ryan A. Knapton, 28, of Jay, operating vehicle without a license Aug. 6 in Fayette; $100 fine.

Taylor N. Lounder, 19, of Winslow, operating while license suspended or revoked July 19 in Gardiner; $250 fine.

John T. Magee, 44, of Pittston, disposing of lighted material July 16 in Pittston; $100 fine.

Gail McFadden, 48, of Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked June 19 in Randolph; $500 fine.

Dee McInnis, 28, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 22 in Augusta; $500 fine.

Robert W. Metcalf, 21, of Farmington, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 29 in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence, $30 restitution.

Julie A. Murphy, 39, of Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked June 1 in Augusta; $600 fine, seven-day jail sentence, one-year license suspension.

Ashley N. Rideout, 25, of South China, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 27 in Augusta and two counts of theft by receiving stolen property, both Aug. 12 in Hallowell; 10-day jail sentence, $269 restitution.

James O. Riordan, 20, of China, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, July 10 in China; $350 fine.

James Smith, 38, of Waterville, operating under the influence July 15 in Augusta; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Todd J. Sousa, 29, of Richmond, operating while license suspended or revoked July 10 in Chelsea and operating while license suspended or revoked June 16 in Farmingdale; $1,000 fines, seven-day jail sentence.

Robert St. Peter, 48, of Fairfield, violating condition of release Sept. 17 in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence.

Justin Stanhope, 22, of Freeport, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Dec. 9, 2011, in Gardiner; $250 fine, $962.50 restitution.

Nancy C. Stebbins, 53, of Gardiner, operating under the influence July 4 in Gardiner; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Paul D. Stein, 41, of Manchester, violation of watercraft rules Aug. 26; $100 fine.

Stephen A. Wright, 31, of Augusta, two counts each of domestic violence assault and violating condition of release, and one count of obstructing report of a crime, all Sept. 25 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, with all but 10 days suspended, two years of probation.
