Megan Anderson, 31, of West Bath, failure to register vehicle Dec. 23, 2011, in Augusta; $100 fine.

Shane E. Austin, 23, of South Gardiner, operating under the influence Dec. 3, 2011, in Gardiner; $700 fine, 180-day jail sentence, all but seven days suspended, one year of probation, three-year license and registration suspension.

Ronald Bechard, 39, of Augusta, failure to register vehicle Nov. 28, 2011, in Augusta; $100 fine.

Caitlyn Bragg, 19, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 12, 2011, in Augusta; $400 fine.

William J. Chabot, 28, of Jefferson, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 26, 2011, in Augusta; $200 fine, $35 restitution.

Michael S. Clough, 43, of Sidney, operating under the influence and operating while license suspended or revoked, both Dec. 16, 2011, in Augusta; $1,200 in fines, 364-day jail sentence, all but 10 days suspended, one-year probation, three-year license and registration suspension.

Justin R. Curtis, 26, of Belfast, domestic violence, criminal threatening Oct. 15, 2011, in Farmingdale; 90-day all-suspended jail sentence, one year of probation.

Sasha A. Donahue, 26, of Clinton, violating condition of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, all Jan. 9 in Augusta; $400 fine, 180-day jail sentence with all but two days suspended, one year of probation.

Shawn T. Estes, 41, of China, out-of-door burning violation Oct. 31, 2011, in China; $100 fine.

Gregory J. Farris, 63, of Whitefield, operating under the influence Oct. 22, 2011, in Pittston; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Philip R. Gingras, 37, of Pittston, operating vehicle without a license Dec. 24, 2009, in West Gardiner; $150 fine.

Taya L. Harmon, 20, of Augusta, sale and use of drug paraphernalia Nov. 12, 2011, in Winthrop; $300 fine.
