AUGUSTA -- Aaron Whitcomb, 70, of Readfield was found not guilty on a charge of domestic-violence assault following a bench trial in Augusta District Court.

Whitcomb's attorney, Lisa Whittier, said Judge Beth Dobson cleared Whitcomb of the charges on Nov. 8.

The state had charged that the offense occurred July 29 in Manchester.

Daniel P. Bailey, 27, of Lewiston, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate Sept. 17 in Monmouth; $150 fine.

Glenn M. Bartlett, 30, of Augusta, possession of marijuana, up to 11/4 ounce, Aug. 15 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Samantha R. Beton, 19, of Augusta, motor vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over the speed limit Sept. 25 in Chelsea; $500 fine.

Timothy Cason, 53, of Bowdoinham, failure to register vehicle July 31 in Gardiner; $200 fine.

Angelique Chase, 33, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Oct. 21 in Augusta; $500 fine.

Simranjit Singh Chauhan, 24, of Bangor, motor vehicle speeding more than 30 mph over the speed limit July 17 in Litchfield; $750 fine.

Christopher Brent Crocker, 35, of Winthrop, terrorizing July 15 in Monmouth; $250 fine.

Christina Cruz, 21, of Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked Aug. 7 in Gardiner; $600 fine, 48-hour jail sentence.

John Davidson III, 50, of Oakland, possession of marijuana, up to 11/4 ounce, July 31 in Fayette; $350 fine.

Jake D. Demore, 19, of Oakland, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 7 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Danielle R. Dolloff, 30, of Temple, violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked, both Nov. 15 in Winthrop; 48-hour jail sentence.

Brett A. Ellis, 24, of Gardiner, operating an all-terrain vehicle under the influence Aug. 6 in Gardiner; $600 fine, 48-hour jail sentence.

Gary E. Emery, 19, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked and possession of marijuana, up to 11/4 ounce, both July 28 in Gardiner; $600 in fines.

Louise P. Fleming, 58, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Oct. 4 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Travis Glidden, 19, of Gardiner, criminal mischief and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, both Aug. 16 in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence, $1,871 restitution.

Timothy A. Macmillan, 47, of Winthrop, operating under the influence Oct. 26 in Winthrop; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Allen A. Menard, 62, of Livermore, operating under the influence Aug. 6 in Gardiner and violating condition of release and disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, both Aug. 8 in Augusta; $500 fine, seven-day jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Bobby L. Michaud, 41, of Manchester, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate and operating while license suspended or revoked, both Oct. 1 in Augusta; $650 in fines.

Sean F. Niddrie Jr., 18, of Litchfield, theft of services Oct. 19 in Augusta; $100 fine.
