Cheryl Ann Ashe, 53, of Winthrop, failing to make oral or written accident report, driving to endanger and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, all July 29, 2010, in Winthrop; $975 in fines.

Don Beckwith, 49, of Windsor, failing to carry license Dec. 4, 2010, in Windsor; $100 fine.

Kaitlyn N. Bell, 18, of Windsor, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Dec. 20, 2010, in Augusta; $200 fine,

Joshua L. Belyea, 23, of Augusta, domestic violence assault Jan. 10 in Winthrop; 364-day jail sentence, all but 20 days suspended, two years' probation.

Heather Blundon, 44, of North Monmouth, theft by deception and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, both Aug. 14, 2010, in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence.

Timothy F. Bragg, 30, of Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked Sept. 24, 2010, in Winthrop; $500 fine, two-day jail sentence.

Samantha Breton, 18, of Chelsea, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident Sept. 19, 2010, in Chelsea; $150 fine.

Melinda S. Collins, 24, of West Gardiner, possessing revoked, mutilated, fictitious or fraudulent license or identification card Dec. 8, 2010, in Gardiner; $100 fine.

William D. Cox, 30, of Monmouth, operating vehicle without a license Nov. 1, 2010, in Winthrop; $150 fine.

Paul J. Fortier, 53, of Farmingdale, operating under the influence Dec. 12, 2010, in Augusta; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Joseph Gaboury, 41, of Readfield, false registration of deer Nov. 2, 2010, in Chelsea; $300 fine.

Joseph S. Giberson, 28, of Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked Oct. 27, 2010, in Winthrop; $500 fine.

Jonathan P. Goodwin, 33, of Winthrop, criminal mischief and assault, both Oct. 3, 2010, and violating condition of release and domestic violence assault, both Jan. 8, all in Winthrop; $300 fine, $600 restitution, 364-day jail sentence all but five days suspended, two years' probation.

Lynne Handley, 43, of Gardiner, operating vehicle without a license Dec. 5, 2010, Randolph; $150 fine.

Deborah Harriman, 47, of Readfield, failure to register vehicle Dec. 11, 2010, in Augusta; $100 fine.

Patrick M. Higgins, 33, of Winthrop, OUI Dec. 3, 2010, in Augusta; $500 fine, 365-day jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Elizabeth Marie McGee, 41, of Augusta, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place Jan. 8 in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.

Angel McLain, 28, of Augusta, two counts of failure to register vehicle, Nov. 16, 2010, and Dec. 4, 2010, both in Augusta; $200 in fines.

Charles V. Miller, 46, of Washington, operating vehicle without a license Nov. 11, 2010, in China; $150 fine.

Todd O'Connor, 36, of Winthrop, operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 7, 2010, in Winthrop; $500 fine.
