AUGUSTA -- Here is a list of cases closed in Augusta District Court between Dec. 2 and Dec. 8:

Shawn Albert, 45, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked July 30 in Augusta; $500 fine, four-day jail sentence.

Jacob D. Alward, 18, of Fairfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 15 in Augusta; $500 fine, five-day jail sentence.

Jesse P. Baldasare, 22, of Bangor, operating under the influence Aug. 14 in Gardiner; $500 fine, 96-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Dustin P. Barry, 25, of Lewiston, fraudulently obtaining license or permit Oct. 19 in Gardiner; $200 fine.

Melissa M. Beaulieu, 25, of Augusta, found not guilty of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 11 in Augusta.

Patricia Ann Berker, 39, of Monmouth, failing to make oral or written accident report Oct. 13 in Litchfield; $500 fine.

Jennifer Brennan, 34, of Winthrop, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, Oct. 14 in Winthrop; $350 fine.

Ryan J. Bridges, 28, of Augusta, domestic violence assault July 31 and criminal mischief July 27, both in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but two days suspended, two years' probation.

Thomas J. Caret, 56, of Augusta, OUI Sept. 29 in Augusta; $700 fine, 364-day jail sentence all but 30 days suspended, one year probation, three years' license suspension.

Alcide J. Cote, 33, of Ashland, failing to make oral or written accident report Oct. 27 in Wayne; $250 fine.

Amanda S. Merrill Davis, 22, of Portland, OUI Sept. 9 in Randolph; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Robert L. Desjardins III, 18, no town of residence listed, harassment by telephone Sept. 3 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Bryan P. Doherty, 22, of Augusta, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor Oct. 31 in Augusta; $500 fine.

William D. Downing Jr., 20, of West Gardiner, minor transporting liquor and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, both Oct. 3 in Gardiner; $400 in fines, 30-day license suspension.

Douglas Dutton, 44, of Augusta, OUI Oct. 2 in Randolph; $700 fine, 10-day jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Brady L. Evans, 20, of Gardiner, operating vehicle without a license Nov. 4 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Clair Maynard Fields, 68, of Lincolnville, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures Sept. 27 in Chelsea; $100 fine.

Aaron M. Gagnon, 18, of Bath, operating vehicle without a license Aug. 4 in Litchfield; $250 fine, 50 hours community service.

Antonio M. Giandrea, 40, of Litchfield, false public alarm or report July 8 in Litchfield; $300 fine, $700 restitution.

Marcel R. Giroux, 53, of Lewiston, operating without safety equipment Aug. 28 in Litchfield; $100 fine.

Ryan Glidden, 22, of Jefferson, operating while license suspended or revoked Sept. 27 in Monmouth; $350 fine.

Travis Glidden, 18, of Gardiner, operation of defective vehicle and operating vehicle without a license, both Sept. 1 in Gardiner; $250 in fines.

Bryan P. Grady, 20, of Chelsea, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, Oct. 26 in Chelsea; $350 fine.

Shawn M. Greenleaf, 29, no town of residence listed, operating while license suspended or revoked Oct. 19 in Augusta; $500 fine.

Nikiann Griffin, 19, of Gardiner, minor consuming liquor Oct. 31 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Stephen P. Grondin, 51, of Monmouth, OUI Oct. 28 in Monmouth; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Gary W. Hall Jr., 25, of Augusta, operating vehicle without a license Nov. 3 in Augusta; $150 fine.

Dillon Henderson, 19, of Vassalboro, minor consuming liquor Oct. 31 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Dylan Hendsbee, 19, of Gardiner, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, Oct. 15 in West Gardiner; $350 fine.

Shanleigh A. Higgins, 18, of Fairfield, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, both Oct. 5 in China; $650 in fines.
