Joseph L. Blais, 27, of West Gardiner, failing to stop, provide information Dec. 1, 2009, in Augusta; $200 fine.

Brittany A. Blow, 21, of Clinton, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 1, 2009, in West Gardiner, and failure to appear in court on criminal summons Nov. 25, 2009, in Augusta; 24-hour jail sentence, $14 restitution.

Billy Jo Bowler, 42, of Mount Vernon, possession of marijuana Jan. 30 in Augusta; $350 fine.

Nickolos C. Clark, 27, of South China, operating vehicle without a license Dec. 23, 2009, in China; $150 fine.

Michel Cocca, 37, of Readfield, failing to notify of motor vehicle accident in Fayette and operating under the influence in Wayne, both Jan. 23 in Fayette; $700 in fines, 90-day license suspension.
