AUGUSTA -- The following is a list of cases closed between Nov. 1 and Nov. 7, 2012, in Augusta District Court.

David J. Beaudoin, 19, of Somerville, possession of marijuana, up to 11/4 ounces, Aug. 25 in China; $350 fine.

Dean L. Berce, 20, of Augusta, theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property and misuse of identification, both Oct. 1 in Augusta; $400 in fines, $219.88 restitution.

Joshua K. Holt, 22, of Augusta, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer: Sept. 12 in Hallowell and Sept. 18 in Augusta, domestic-violence assault Aug. 1, 2011, in Augusta, and two counts violating condition of release, Sept. 12 in Hallowell and Sept. 18 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but 90 days suspended, two years' probation, $951.68 restitution, 200 hours of community service within 11 months.

April Marie Jeane, 42, of Manchester, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, misuse of identification and violating condition of release, all Oct. 31 in Augusta; 14-day jail sentence, $310 restitution.

Sherman Keith, 25, of Bangor, domestic-violence assault Aug. 13 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but four days suspended, two years' probation.

Staci A. King, 26, of West Gardiner, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Aug. 17 in Augusta; $200 fine, $20 restitution.

Elaine Labreck, 52, of South China, cultivating marijuana Sept. 28 in South China; $400 fine.

Anthony J. Manganella, 30, of Livermore Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked Sept. 22 in Monmouth; $750 fine.

William Moulton, 19, of Augusta, violating condition of release and criminal mischief, both Nov. 6 in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence, $500 restitution.

Kenneth Palmer, 48, of Hallowell, disorderly conduct, loud noise, private place and refusing to submit to arrest or detention, physical force, both Nov. 1 in Hallowell; seven-day jail sentence.

Troy D. Pomeroy, 49, of Livermore Falls, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 11 in Winthrop and Aug. 29, 2011, in Manchester; three-day jail sentence.

Leisa V. Sampson, 46, of Wiscasset, operating while license suspended or revoked Aug. 13 in West Gardiner; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence.

Charity B. Shorey, 33, of Augusta, domestic-violence assault July 14 in Augusta; 180-day jail sentence, all suspended, one-year probation.

Richard L. Smith, 69, of Pittston, operating under the influence May 27 in Pittston; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Joseph Stump, 26, of Augusta, assault Aug. 30 and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Aug. 30 and July 31, all in Randolph; 364-day jail sentence, all but seven days suspended, one-year probation.

Keli White, 29, of Augusta, theft of lost, mislaid or misdelivered property Aug. 28, 2010, and misuse of identification Aug. 29, 2010, both in Gardiner; 10-day jail sentence.

Joshua A. Williamson, 27, of Whitefield, unlawful possession of scheduled drug March 22 in Augusta; $400 fine.
