AUGUSTA -- The following is a list of cases closed from Sept. 6 to 12, 2012, in Augusta District Court:

Corey Tyler Adams, 18, of Augusta, operating vehicle without a license Aug. 20 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Tiffany Arsenault, 18, of Winthrop, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 27 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Scott J. Austin, 31, of Augusta, operating under the influence May 20 in Augusta; $700 fine, seven-day jail sentence, three-year license suspension.

Laura D. Bennett, 37, of Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked May 3, 2006, in Gardiner; $200 fine.

April M. Berends, 27, of Randolph, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, July 12 in Randolph; $350 fine.

Joshua Blier, 25, of Augusta, swimming in the Kennebec River where prohibited Aug. 14 in Augusta; $75 fine.

Kyle Bowden, 24, of Winthrop, operating under the influence June 12 in Manchester; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Clayton R. Card, 25, of Monmouth, violating condition of release Aug. 7 in Monmouth; $500 fine.

Lannette M. Cloutier, 31, of Pittston, two counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, both April 4, 2011, in Pittston; $150 in fines.

Savannah C. Cookson, 24, of Pittston, operating under the influence June 23 in Augusta; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension, $300 restitution.

Brian E. Cray, 22, of Gardiner, criminal trespass and criminal mischief, both Sept. 6 in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence, $250 restitution.

Scott A. Curit, 30, of North Monmouth, burning prohibited material and outdoor burning violation, both May 18 in Monmouth; 24-hour jail sentence, $400 in fines.

Christopher A. Dawes, 25, of Sidney, attaching false plates Aug. 17 in Augusta; $150 in fines.

Milani Y. Delrosario, 23, of Augusta, operating vehicle without a license Aug. 17 in Augusta; $150 fine.

Benjiman R. Duffany, 33, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer June 3 in Augusta; $400 fine, $30 restitution.

Brian Dyer, 23, of Augusta, swimming in the Kennebec River where prohibited Aug. 14 in Augusta; $75 fine.

Rudger S. Ellis, 19, of Gardiner, disorderly conduct -- offensive words, gestures Feb. 21 in Gardiner; $100 fine.

David Erving, 31, of Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked July 17 in Gardiner; $500 fine.

Eric M. Fleck, 39, of South China, attaching false plates Aug. 30 in Augusta; $150 fine.

Timothy S. Fogg, 53, of Readfield, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, May 26 in Farmingdale; $350 fine.

Lindsay D. Fortin, 23, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Aug. 17 in Augusta; $200 fine.

John Robert French, 40, of Augusta, violating a protective order Aug. 9 in Augusta; $100 fine, 24-hour jail sentence.

Terri D. Fuller, 30, of Liberty, attaching false plates June 22 in China; $150 fine.

Christopher R. Gonzales, 24, of South China, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to notify of motor vehicle accident, both July 6 in Gardiner; $250 fine, 48-hour jail sentence.

Ashley Grazioso, 21, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Aug. 22 in Augusta; $500 fine.

Steven Russell Griffin, 18, of Litchfield, operating vehicle without a license Aug. 9 in Gardiner; $100 fine.

David D. Guerrette, 54, of Augusta, driving to endanger, refusing to submit to arrest or detention and failing to stop for an officer, all Aug. 1 in Augusta; $375 fine, 30-day license suspension and seven-day jail sentence.

Cheyenne J. Haley, 21, of Gardiner, operating vehicle without a license March 1 in Chelsea; $150 fine.

Kristopher M. Hawes, 25, of Cornish, operating vehicle without a license March 5, 2010, in Fayette; two-day jail sentence.

Glen N. Henderson, 21, of Sabattus, cultivating marijuana July 3 in Monmouth; $500 fine.
