AUGUSTA -- The following is a list of cases closed between Dec. 1 and Dec. 7, 2011, in Augusta District Court.

Wayne R. Bassett, 49, of Canaan, failing to stop, provide information Sept. 24 in Augusta; $500 fine.

Ashley M. Beale, 23, of South China, failure to register vehicle Oct. 20 in Augusta; $150 fine.

Guy S. Berthuaume, 25, of Augusta, furnishing liquor to a minor Oct. 14 in Manchester; $200 fine.

Zezima Lorna Bishop, 17, of South Portland, operating vehicle without a license and failing to give correct name, address, date of birth, both Oct. 1 in Gardiner; $300 in fines.

Aaron H. Brown, 28, of Vassalboro, operating vehicle without a license Nov. 2 in Augusta; $150 fine.

Jordan L. Choate, 19, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Oct. 28 in Chelsea; $250 fine.

Michael S. Clough, 43, of Sidney, violating condition of release and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, both Nov. 28 in Readfield, and unlawful possession of scheduled drug and trafficking in dangerous knives, both Nov. 20 in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence, $15 restitution, $400 fine.

Tara Samantha Corrieri, 28, of Winthrop, obstructing report of a crime and criminal mischief, both Dec. 5 in Winthrop; 120-day jail sentence, $700 restitution.

Eric C. Costa, 27, of West Gardiner, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, Sept. 22 in West Gardiner; $350 fine.

Mathew Curtis, 36, of Readfield, allowing dog to be at large Nov. 3 in Readfield; $50 fine.

Jason Davis, 27, of Auburn, violating condition of release and theft by deception, both Sept. 8 in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence, $534.53 restitution.

Jasmine A. Hewett Dostie, 20, of Winthrop, furnishing liquor to a minor Oct. 1 in Monmouth; $500 fine.

Nathaniel W. Dostie, 21, of Monmouth, sale and use of drug paraphernalia Oct. 31 in North Monmouth; $300 fine.

Bruce Doughty, 51, of Augusta, criminal restraint and domestic violence assault, both Sept. 22 in Monmouth, and violating condition of release and violating protective order, both Nov. 26 in Monmouth; 364-day jail sentence all but 30 days suspended, one year probation.

Jacob Drew, 18, of Augusta, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct, offensive words, gestures, and harassment, all Oct. 24 in Augusta; 180-day jail sentence all but five days suspended, one year administrative release.

Roger Dumas, 65, of Manchester, operating under the influence Oct. 26 in Augusta; $500 fine, two-day jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Ryan Guimond, 21, of Augusta, assault Sept. 30 in Augusta; $300 fine.

Jonathan N. Hutchinson, 28, of Augusta, failure to register vehicle Nov. 8 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Felicia L. Ingraham, 18, of Augusta, minor consuming liquor Oct. 30 in Chelsea; $200 fine.

Kenneth J. Koza, 51, of Pittston, domestic violence assault Aug. 20 in Pittston; 180-day jail sentence all but one day suspended, one year probation.

Monique Macfaline, 29, of Augusta, failure to register vehicle Nov. 5 in Augusta; $100 fine.

Robert James Machado, 40, of Portland, two counts of operating while license suspended or revoked, Sept. 10, 2010, and Feb. 3, both in Gardiner, and three counts of failure to appear after bailed, July 19 and twice on May 10, both in Augusta, and obscuring motor vehicle plates marks and failure to register vehicle, both Feb. 3 in Gardiner; $1,200 in fines, 15-day jail sentence.

Aimee N. Maheux, 40, of Sabattus, operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 13 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Lindsay P. McLaughlin, 18, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer April 16 and failure to appear after bailed July 13, both in Augusta; $300 in fines.

Joshua J. Messier, 28, of Mexico, attaching false plates Aug. 1 in Fayette; $150 fine.
