Judith D. Bachman, 65, of Winthrop, attaching false plates Feb. 20 in Winthrop; $200 fine.

Nicholas Baron, 24, of Pittston, failure to disperse March 19 in Augusta; $150 fine.

Edward J. Bonenfant Jr., 26, of Augusta, possession of marijuana, up to 11/4 ounce, March 16 in Augusta; $350 fine.

Ronald Leroy Bradeen, 50, of Houlton, commercial vehicle rule violation operation with false duty record, Jan. 16 in West Gardiner; $750 fine.

Amanda L. Brainard, 18, of Waterville, violating condition of release and operating while license suspended or revoked, both April 17 in Augusta; 24-hour jail sentence, $250 fine.

Daniel P. Buckley, 24, of Hallowell, operating vehicle on snowmobile trail Feb. 13 in Manchester; $100 fine.

Cesar M. Colominas, 40, of Farmingdale, operating vehicle without a license Jan. 29 in Manchester; $250 fine.

Aasta E. Hansen Devine, 19, of Hallowell, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer March 18 in Augusta; $400 fine.

Ryan Dostie, 22, of Augusta, operating under the influence March 5 in Randolph; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Joshua J. Fairfield, 31, of Augusta, operating unregistered snowmobile Feb. 18 in Readfield; $100 fine.

Elaine Farrell, 62, of Waterville, operating while license suspended or revoked March 18 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Sandy Farrington, 39, of Randolph, operating while license suspended or revoked March 14 in Gardiner; $250 fine.

Joshua Fitzgerald, 21, of Chelsea, OUI March 10 in Gardiner; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Steven Gray, 20, of Leeds, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Feb. 18 in Winthrop; $300 fine.

April Hayward, 23, of Augusta, domestic violence assault and criminal mischief, both April 14 in Augusta; six-month jail sentence, one year probation, $200 restitution.

John C. Hodgkins, 29, of West Gardiner, OUI March 15 in Augusta; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Adam Hopper, 29, of Vassalboro, criminal restraint, domestic violence terrorizing and domestic violence assault, all March 8 in Augusta, and driving to endanger Oct. 30, 2010, in Readfield; seven-month jail sentence, two years' probation, $250 restitution, $575 fine, 180-day license suspension.

Daniel C. Hudson, 52, of Belgrade, possession of marijuana, up to 11/4 ounce, March 18 in Augusta; $350 fine.

Marissa Hudson, 25, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked March 22 in Augusta; $500 fine.

Lori Kervin, 26, of Augusta, operating vehicle without a license March 21 in Augusta; $150 fine.
