AUGUSTA -- Here is a list of cases closed in Augusta District Court from Feb. 24 to March 9:

Kenneth J. Bissonnette, 45, of Gardiner, operating under the influence Oct. 28, 2010, in Augusta; $700 fine, 48-hour jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Aaron Boulanger, 35, of Augusta, operating vehicle without a license Sept. 23, 2010, in Litchfield; $150 fine.

Christopher L. Brown, 36, of Augusta, prisoner violating home release conditions Nov. 30, 2010, in Augusta; 21-day jail sentence.

Denise Buck, 35, of Winthrop, dangerous dog complaint violation Jan. 12 in Winthrop; $250 fine.

Albert K. Carmichael, 38, of Houlton, commercial vehicle rule violation: operation 14-hour rule Feb. 2 in West Gardiner; $250 fine.

Mark V. Chadwick, 41, of Searsmont, OUI, violating condition of release and loaded firearm or crossbow in motor vehicle, all Jan. 3 in Augusta; $800 in fines, two-day jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Kory Child, 21, of Gardiner, two counts of operating vehicle without a license, Jan. 11, 2010, and Dec. 20, 2009, both in Gardiner; $300 in fines.

Myles Cloutier Jr., 18, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer and burglary of a motor vehicle, both Jan. 7 in Augusta; $300 in fines.

Gary M. Cote, 36, of Sanford, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, Oct. 14, 2010, in Gardiner; $350 fine.

Rodney A. Daigle, 34, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Jan. 1 in Manchester; $500 fine.

Brett A. Ellis, 23, of Gardiner, motor vehicle speeding more than 30 MPH over speed limit Dec. 21, 2010, in Gardiner; $500 fine.

David A. Elmer, 51, of Oakland, violating protective order March 1 in Augusta; 30-day jail sentence.

Jason A. Erving, 28, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked Dec. 8, 2009, in Augusta; $500 fine.

Bryan A. Fylstra, 27, of Monmouth, negotiating a worthless instrument May 5, 2010, in Monmouth; $300 fine, $572.57 restitution.

Sasha Giles, 19, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Jan. 30 in Augusta; $200 fine.

Mark Gooding, 45, of Augusta, violating protective order Jan. 24 in Augusta; 45-day jail sentence.

Douglas L. Goucher, 48, of Wayne, failing to make oral or written accident report Dec. 18, 2010, in Wayne; $200 fine.

Nicholas Grant, 30, of Augusta, violating condition of release March 1 in Augusta; 48-hour jail sentence.

Stephen Gravel, 50, of Oxford, 13 counts of negotiating a worthless instrument, all Aug. 1, 2010, in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence.

Ryan L. Greene, 36, of Madison, operating while license suspended or revoked Jan. 29 in Winthrop; $250 fine.

Danielle Hayden, 37, of Belgrade, criminal trespass Jan. 20 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Nathanul D. Hobart, 20, of Gardiner, violating protective order Nov. 18, 2010, in West Gardiner, and failure to appear in court on criminal summons Jan. 5 in Augusta; $450 in fines.

Brian M. Hyde, 24, of Augusta, operating vehicle without a license Feb. 3 in Hallowell; $150 fine.

John Ketner, 22, of West Gardiner, OUI and operating while license suspended or revoked, both Jan. 8 in Gardiner; $950 in fines, 180-day jail sentence all but seven days suspended, one-year probation, three-year license suspension.

Jonathan J. Labonte, 33, of Gardiner, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, Jan. 17 in Randolph; $350 fine.

Raymond McCray, 33, of Augusta, operating while license suspended or revoked and failing to report, both Jan. 5 in Augusta; $250 fine, 48-hour jail sentence.

Cody W. McCutcheon, 19, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Feb. 9 in Augusta; $200 fine, $14 restitution.

Amber Jean Michaud, 30, of Windsor, OUI Dec. 24, 2010, in Augusta; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.
