AUGUSTA -- Here is a list of cases closed Nov. 12-Nov. 17 in Augusta District Court:

Laurie Lyn Allen, 25, of Blue Hill, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, Aug. 14 in West Gardiner; $350 fine.

Laurie L. Andrews, 46, of Whitefield, operating under the influence Sept. 3 in Gardiner; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Shakeria Anthony, 27, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 30 in Gardiner; $200 fine.

Douglas Batchelder, 30, of Augusta, assault Sept. 6, 2009, in Gardiner; $300 fine, 364-day jail sentence all but 120 days suspended.

Amanda L. Bowden, 27, of Augusta, OUI Oct. 2 in Farmingdale; $600 fine, two-day jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

George M. Callahan, 37, of West Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked July 22 in Pittston; $500 fine, 48-hour jail sentence.

Tonya Lee Ciampa, 35, of Bowdoinham, attaching false plates Sept. 25 in West Gardiner; $150 fine.

Jamie L. Colby, 26, of South China, violating condition of release Nov. 14 in China; 24-hour jail sentence.

Angela M. Dorr, 29, of Old Town, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Feb. 22 in Augusta; seven-day jail sentence.

James W. Downs, 26, of Chelsea, OUI Sept. 23 in Gardiner; $500 fine, two-day jail sentence, 90-day license suspension.

Troy Elwell, 35, of Randolph, possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounce, and sale and use of drug paraphernalia, both Sept. 30 in Randolph; $650 in fines.

Joshua P. Emery, 18, of Palermo, displaying fictitious vehicle certificate and possession of marijuana, up to 1 1/4 ounces, both Sept. 26 in Winthrop; $500 in fines.

Jeremy Clayton Finch, 36, of Waterville, terrorizing and disorderly conduct -- offensive words, gestures, both Feb. 19 in Augusta; $400 in fines.

Eric J. Fitzpatrick, 24, of Augusta, domestic-violence assault Oct. 23 in Augusta; 364-day jail sentence, all but six days suspended, one-year probation.

Maxim G. Fortin, 42, of Gardiner, attaching false plates and operating while license suspended or revoked, both July 2 in Farmingdale; $400 in fines.

Nathan M. Geschwind, 21, of Winthrop, cultivating marijuana Aug. 14 in Winthrop; $400 fine.

Paul D. Glidden, 21, of Augusta, terrorizing Aug. 17 in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence.

Travis Glidden, 18, of Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked Aug. 22 in Gardiner; $500 fine, one-day jail sentence.

Timothy Grant, 39, of Augusta, criminal mischief June 27 in Augusta; $200 fine, $200 suspended, $840 restitution.

Derek I. Gray, 24, of Monmouth, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise Sept. 30 in Winthrop; $200 fine.

Brandi L. Greene, 24, of Gardiner, operating while license suspended or revoked Oct. 1 in Augusta; $500 fine.

Bruce E. Hall, 51, of Chesterville, operating while license suspended or revoked and violating condition of release, both July 5 in Fayette; $600 fine, seven-day jail sentence, one-year license suspension.

Corey L. Hall, 18, of Winthrop, minor possessing liquor Oct. 20 in Augusta; $200 fine, 25 hours' community service.

Felicia Kennedy, 47, of Windsor, OUI Sept. 3 in Hallowell; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

Denise Cheryl Lemoine, 64, of Chelsea, passing stopped school bus Oct. 13 in Augusta; $250 fine.

Betty Lyons, 29, of Pittston, endangering welfare of a child March 31, 2009, in Augusta and violating condition of release Feb. 25 in Windsor; seven-day jail sentence.

Richard S. Mahoney II, 37, of Augusta, terrorizing April 23 in Augusta; 10-day jail sentence.

Louis Malloy, 25, of Oakland, assault July 13 in Augusta; $300 fine, 27-day jail sentence.

William McCaslin, 62, of South China, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Sept. 23 in China; $300 fine.

Adam J. Moody, 22, of Augusta, criminal mischief Sept. 14 in Augusta; $100 fine, 20 hours' community service.
