IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 9:23 a.m., a theft was reported at J&S Oil on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
11:36 a.m., an unwanted person was reported at Marden’s Surplus & Salvage, on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
2:51 p.m., someone reported smoke was coming out of a basement on Western Avenue.
2:57 p.m., a shoplifter was reported at Maine Smoke Shop on College Avenue.
3:21 p.m., a theft was reported at Waterville Tire on College Avenue.
3:46 p.m., a theft was reported at Thomas College on West River Road.
4:35 p.m., a caller from Colby College Security reported a theft.
10:44 p.m., a vehicle repossession was reported on Spring Street.
Thursday at 7:49 a.m., an unwanted person was reported on College Avenue.
Arrests
IN WATERVILLE, Monday at 7:22 p.m., Michael Foster, 46, of 3 Dunton Court, arrested on charges of domestic violence criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon, on Main Street.
10:25 p.m., Christopher Noonan, 36, of 17 Barnet Avenue, arrested on charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief, on Sanger Avenue.
Tuesday at 2:20 p.m., Michele L. Webber, 37, of 33 Summer St., Apt. C, arrested on two warrants, on Water Street.
Wednesday at 2:44 p.m., Somer M. Mongeon, 34, of 98 Russell Road, Skowhegan, arrested on a charge of operating after suspension, on Gold Street.
10:16 p.m., Jamal Brittingham, 20, listed as transient, arrested on a charge of obstructing a public way, on The Concourse.
