IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 11:39 a.m., a shoplifter was reported at Maine Smoke Shop on College Avenue.
1:44 p.m., a case involving forgery/fraud was reported at Rite Aid on Main Street.
2:49 p.m., a caller from Cherry Hill Drive reported a person was missing.
3:25 p.m., harassment was reported on Gold Street.
3:36 p.m., a theft was reported at J&S Oil on Kennedy Memorial Drive.
11:19 p.m., a burglary was reported on Oak Street.
Thursday at 4:30 a.m., a fire was reported on Cherry Hill Drive.
5:33 a.m., an intoxicated person was reported on College Avenue.

Arrests

IN WATERVILLE, Wednesday at 2 p.m., Nicole D. Cianchette, 24, of 23 Eastville Village Road, 3E, Newport,  arrested on a warrant, on Common Street.
6:47 p.m., Sarah Belanger, 30, of 161 Chandler Road, Belgrade, arrested on a warrant, on North Street.
11:17 p.m., Michael Phillips, 25, of 41 Redington St., arrested on a warrant, on Redington Street.
Thursday at 1:30 a.m., Dylan Fortin, 20, of 118 Winslow Road, South China, arrested on charges of operating under the influence, operating without a license and consumption of liquor by a minor, on Main Street.
1:50 a.m., Christopher Paquette, 41, of 98 Taylor Road, Albion, arrested on charges of OUI and operating after suspension, on Union Street.
