Rodney Boisvert, 49, Waterville, driving to endanger, reckless conduct, both on Oct. 15, 2011, both in Waterville; both dismissed.

Nicole Bonnell, 21, Winslow, operating under the influence, Nov. 20, 2012, in Oakland; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

David Briggs, 26, Winslow, domestic-violence assault, June 10, 2011, in Waterville, 364-day jail sentence all but 10 days suspended, two-year probation.

Tyler Buker, 27, Waterville, OUI, Nov. 30, 2012, Waterville; $500 fine, five-day jail sentence, 90-day license suspension. Failing to notify of a motor vehicle accident, Nov. 30, 2012, in Waterville; dismissed.

Lyle Burnham, 34, Belgrade, OUI, Nov. 30, 2012, in Waterville; $500 fine.

Zachary Curtis, 23, Clinton, violating conditions of release, Feb. 20, in Waterville; dismissed. Theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, Feb. 20, in Waterville, five-day jail sentence, $45 restitution.
