WATERVILLE -- Residents on Thursday will have a chance to give input on issues related to the city charter.
The public hearing will be at 6 p.m. in the council chambers at The Center downtown.
The new charter commission is charged with determining if changes should be made to the current charter to improve it. A charter is like a local constitution which governs how the city operates.
Residents on Thursday may recommend issues the commission should focus on in its deliberations.
