Tuesday

At 2:33 p.m., theft was reported on Littlefield Street.

3:37 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Crosby Street Place.

4:25 p.m., trespassing was reported on Sewall Street.

4:26 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Winthrop Court.

5:14 p.m., a person was reported missing from Mount Vernon Avenue.

5:57 p.m., shoplifting was reported at Walmart on Civic Center Drive.

6:25 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Sewall Street.

11:59 p.m., there was a report of a street light problem on Hospital Street.

Wednesday

At 2:04 a.m., a 22-year-old Augusta woman was charged with assault by police responding to a report of disorderly conduct at the South Chestnut Apartments on South Chestnut Street.

7:30 a.m., there was an accident on Stone Street.

8:13 a.m., traffic light problems were reported at the intersection of Eastern Avenue and Spring Road.

9:22 a.m., theft was reported on Washington Avenue.

11:42 a.m., mischief was reported at the American Lung Association on Gage Street.

12:03 p.m., theft was reported at Big Lots on Western Avenue.

12:24 p.m., there was an accident on Western Avenue.

12:43 p.m., mischief was reported at Asset Real Estate Management on Civic Center Drive.

2:16 p.m., there was an accident at the intersection of Capitol and Armory streets.

2:24 p.m., a forgery was reported on Old Belgrade Road.

2:38 p.m., there was an accident on Leighton Road.

2:51 p.m., theft was reported on Mud Mill Road.

At 9:14 p.m., there was a report of suspicious activity on Winter Street.

At 3:03 p.m., there was an accident on Readfield Road.

 

Monmouth

Tuesday

At 8:04 a.m., threatening was reported on Wilson Pond Road.

 

Mount Vernon

Tuesday

At 9:47 a.m., suspicious activity was reported on Bean Road.

 

Readfield

Tuesday

At 11:07 a.m., a burglar alarm sounded on Main Street.

6:45 p.m., injury was reported after a crash on Nickerson Hill Road.

 

West Gardiner

At 4:40 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Lewiston Road.

 

Arrests

 

Augusta

Tuesday

At 11:22 p.m., two Augusta men were arrested by police conducting a pedestrian check on Water Street: Anthony R. Mabe, 19, was charged with violating conditions of release, unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and sale and use of drug paraphernalia; and Nicolas J. Feugill, 20, was arrested on warrants charging failure to appear.

Wednesday

At 2:02 a.m., Jacob A. Norton, 22, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant at the Kennebec County jail on State Street.

2:32 p.m., Nicole Ellis, 26, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of theft by police responding to a shoplifting complaint at the Hannaford supermarket on Cony Street.
