TINMOUTH, Vt. — A Vermont man has been arrested on charges of selling and trafficking heroin after police say they found 1,500 bags of the drug in his house with an estimated street value of $30,000.
Police say bail was set at $200,000 for 40-year-old Alan Willis of Tinmouth, who was arrested Monday.
The Vermont Drug Task Force said it had been investigating Willis for a month and had bought drugs from him.
Police said they found bags of heroin inside a safe in his house.
