AUGUSTA — A number of people were sentenced in separate hearings this week in Kennebec County Superior Court:

Albert J. Dipietro, 28, of Fairfield and formerly of Richmond, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, burglary of a motor vehicle, criminal mischief and operating under the influence April 4 in Chelsea; six-month jail sentence, 90-day license suspension, $500 fine, $556.95 restitution.

Kevin Wesley Henderson, 39, of Waterville, assault and violating condition of release June 3 in Waterville; 364-day jail sentence, all but 10 days suspended, one-year probation.

Christopher J. Howard, 28, of Gardiner and formerly of Manchester, operating under the influence April 25 in Gardiner; 180-day jail sentence, all but seven days suspended, one-year probation, $700 fine, three-year license and registration suspension.

Jacob Jerome Gordon, 24, of Augusta, assault Sept. 1 in Augusta; 60-day jail sentence concurrent to a probation revocation, up to $3,770.36 restitution.

Gregory Lumbert Jr., 31, of Augusta, operating after revocation and theft by unauthorized taking or transfer July 28, 2011, violating condition of release and criminal trespass Oct. 6, 2011, unlawful possession of scheduled drug and violating condition of release March 15, 2012, all in Augusta; four-year jail sentence, all but six months suspended (credit for time served), two years’ probation, $400 fine.

Elizabeth A. Munster, 32, of Vassalboro, four counts of misuse of identification June 23-26 in Sidney, Waterville and Winslow; 364-day all-suspended jail sentence, one year administrative release.

Joseph G.A. Munster III, 32, of Vassalboro, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer, criminal mischief, theft by deception and theft of services, and two counts of violating condition of release Nov. 2-9, theft by unauthorized taking Sept. 15, all in Waterville, violating condition of release and unlawful possession of scheduled drug July 25 in Vassalboro; three-year jail sentence, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation, up to $200 restitution.

Todd W. McCutcheon, 33, of Smithfield and formerly of Augusta, unlawful possession of heroin Sept. 30 in Oakland and unlawful possession of heroin and violating condition of release Feb. 2 in Augusta; three-year jail sentence, all but six months suspended, two years’ probation, $400 fine, $207 restitution.

Jennifer Poirier, 28, of Vassalboro, unlawful furnishing and unlawful possession of cocaine June 28, 2012, in Gardiner; four-year jail sentence, all but 60 days suspended, two years’ probation, $200 restitution.

Larry Simms Jr., 30, of Waterville, domestic-violence assault Nov. 24, 2011, in Waterville; 364-day jail sentence concurrent with a two-year probation revocation.
