At 9:58 a.m., a 34-year-old Manchester man was charged with violating conditions of release at Augusta District Court on State Street.
4:07 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported at the Department of Health and Human Services on Anthony Avenue.
4:39 p.m., theft was reported on Water Street.
6:02 p.m., a disturbance was reported at Walmart on Civic Center Drive.
6:08 p.m., there was an accident on Capitol Street.
6:50 p.m., mischief was reported on Oak Street.
7:43 p.m., threatening was reported on Crosby Street.
7:53 p.m., there was an accident at the intersection of Mount Vernon Avenue and Mount Vernon Place.
9:25 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported on State Street.
11:48 p.m., mischief was reported on Bridge Street.
Wednesday
At 1:08 a.m., an assault was reported on South Chestnut Street. 
5:38 a.m., a disturbance was reported on Bridge Street.
6:30 a.m., a disturbance was reported on King Street.
6:52 a.m., a domestic disturbance was reported on Glenridge Drive.
9 a.m., an assault was reported at Marketing Unlimited on Western Avenue.
9:11 a.m., a recent burglary was reported on Eastern Avenue.
10:04 a.m., disorderly conduct was reported at Augusta Pawn Shop on Water Street.
10:15 a.m., mischief was reported at Viles Arboretum on Hospital Street.
11:43 a.m., a disturbance was reported on Mount Vernon Avenue.
12:15 p.m., a disturbance was reported on Mount Vernon Avenue.
1:19 p.m., firefighters responded to an alarm at Performance Food Service on Dalton Road.
1:39 p.m., a burglar alarm sounded at Easy Breathing Clinic on Memorial Drive.
1:54 p.m., theft was reported on Church Hill Road.
4:23 p.m., there was an accident on Hospital Street.

Chelsea
Friday
Police responded to a break-in on Townhouse Road. Police are investigating.
Saturday
Police responded to a noise complaint by a neighbor who said he could feel the vibrations through his house from his neighbor’s stereo. Police determined the noise fell within reasonable limits.
Tuesday
At 4:56 p.m., theft was reported on Birmingham Road.

China
Nov. 8
Police responded to a crash on Pleasant View Ridge Road. Police found a Ford sport-utility vehicle crashed head-on into a tree with blood inside, but no one was around. Police are investigating.
Friday
There was a report of a domestic dispute on Hanson Road. Police determined no assault occurred.
A Lakeview Drive resident reported fraud after she gave a large amount of money in response to false report that her grandson was in jail.
Tuesday
At 3:46 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Stanley Hill Road.
5:25 p.m., there was an accident on Route 3.
8:53 p.m., a burglar alarm sounded on Lakeview Drive.

At 10:18 a.m., there was a 911 hang-up call on Spring Street.

At 2:40 a.m., a disturbance was reported on Town Farm Road.

Tuesday
At 9:43 a.m., a burglar alarm sounded on Norris Hill Road.

There was a report of a stolen tree stand off Mast Road.
Power tools were reported stolen from Wiscasset Road.

Police went to Kinderhook Street when a woman complained her ex-boyfriend refused to leave the property. The Gardiner man was warned for criminal trespass and told not to contact the woman.

There was a report of a bad check being written at the Windsor Veterinary Clinic on Ridge Road. Police are investigating.

At 11:03 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Roseanne Drive.

At 8:24 a.m., there was a complaint involving an animal on Robinhood Drive.
10:02 p.m., an intrusion alarm sounded on Peck Farm Road.
Wednesday
At 8:34 a.m., there was an accident on Winthrop Center Road.
9:25 a.m., theft was reported on Highland Avenue.
9:29 a.m., a 36-year-old East Winthrop man was charged with theft.
10:28 a.m., theft was reported on Soper Road.
10:49 a.m., suspicious activity was reported on Cross Road.
1:24 p.m., a sex offense was reported on Rambler Road.

Arrests

Augusta
Tuesday
At 5:16 p.m., Christopher Allen Bell, 27, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant at the Kennebec County jail on State Street.
10:35 p.m., Joseph Henry Everett, 46, of Winthrop, was arrested on a probation hold on Bridge Street.
Wednesday
At 5:19 a.m., Charlene Anne Nardone, 23, of Turner, was arrested on a warrant at the Kennebec County jail.

Richmond
Sunday
At 8:16 p.m., Thomas Crowley, 65, of Richmond, was arrested on a warrant charging failure to appear during a traffic stop on Main Street. Crowley also was charged with operating after suspension.

Vassalboro
Tuesday
At 10:11 p.m., Kenneth Randall Stewart-Williams, 27, of Vassalboro, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence by police responding to a crash on Hannaford Hill.

West Gardiner
Nov. 5
Thomas Gagne, 25, was arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop at the West Gardiner Service Plaza, off Lewiston Road. Gagne was a passenger in a car stopped by police after it entered the service plaza at a high rate of speed and squealed its tires.
The driver, a 20-year-old man, was charged with possession of a usable amount of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Winthrop
Wednesday
At 9:29 a.m., John P. Hughes, 31, of East Winthrop, was arrested on a warrant charging failure to appear at the Winthrop police station, on Town Hall Lane. Hughes also was charged with theft.
