A 21-year-old woman was charged with operating without a license during a traffic stop for speeding on Lakeview Drive.
Police investigated a complaint of a fake $50 bill being passed at the Irving on Lakeview Drive. The bill was believed to be connected to an ongoing investigation into an aggravated forgery case being investigated by Waterville police.

A 2001 Ford Escort being driven south on Middle Road by a 21-year-old Pittston man spun out of control on a snow-covered curve. The Escort left the road and struck a tree before sliding down an embankment.

A 1999 Chevrolet Monte Carlo being driven by a 21-year-old Jefferson woman was hit from behind by a 2013 Toyota Tacoma being driven by a 60-year-old Windsor man at the intersection of Route 17 and Main Street. The Toyota was behind the Monte Carlo at a stop sign. The Monte Carlo pulled forward as if to enter Route 17, but stopped for traffic. The truck did not stop in time and hit the car from behind.

At 7:40 p.m., Cassandra Rae Lapointe, 19, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of domestic-violence assault by police responding to a report of disorderly conduct on Bond Street.

At 2:55 p.m., Michelle H. Campbell, 22, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on a warrant at the Hannaford supermarket on Cony Street.

Eron Hattheway, 32, was arrested on a warrant.

Jan. 22
Donald Stuart, 54, of Pittston, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release when police allegedly found him drinking. Police spoke to Stuart while investigating an assault complaint. That investigation is ongoing.
Randolph
Jan. 20
Jonathan Hussey, 22, was arrested on two warrants during a traffic stop for driving the wrong way on South Maple Street. The driver, a 33-year-old man, was cited for driving the wrong way on a one-way street.
Friday
Travis Dobson, 27, was arrested on a warrant during a traffic stop for a seat belt violation on Water Street.
