5:16 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Noyes Court.

5:20 p.m., shoplifting was reported at Damon's Beverage Barn on Bangor Street.

6:19 p.m., there was an accident on Capitol Street.

8:05 p.m., an assault was reported on Murray Street.

8:12 p.m., Augusta Rescue was called to a crash in the southbound lanes of Interstate 95.

10:48 p.m., a disturbance was reported on Eastern Avenue.

At 10:24 a.m., illegal dumping was reported on Bangor Street.

12:37 p.m., theft was reported on North Chestnut Street.

7:12 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported at the Cumberland Farms store on Mount Vernon Avenue.

At 12:47 a.m., mischief was reported on Norway Drive.

2:53 p.m., there was a 911 hang-up call on Truman Drive.

At 10:51 a.m., theft was reported at the transfer station on Alder Park Road.

8:47 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Dutton Road.

At 9:15 a.m., police responded to a burglar alarm at Riverview Community School on River Road.

3:29 p.m., there was a report of suspicious activity on Brunswick Avenue.

At 2:05 a.m., injury was reported after a crash on U.S. Route 202.

5:04 a.m., there was an accident on Main Street.

 

Pittston

At 2 p.m., there was a report of a driver operating erratically on Route 27.

At 11 p.m., suspicious activity was reported on Windsor Street.

Sunday

At 12:31 p.m., a 19-year-old Waterville woman was charged with theft by police responding to a complaint at Goggins IGA on Water Street.

 

Readfield

Jan. 6

Justin Sawyer, 25, of Sidney, was charged with operating under the influence, leaving the scene of a property damage crash, failure to report a crash by quickest means and theft by receiving stolen property. He also was charged with several traffic violations.

Sawyer was charged by police responding to a single-vehicle accident at the intersection of Memorial Drive and Beaver Dam Road. Police say the car was totaled and the driver had left. Police later found Sawyer at his home. The theft charge was related to a stolen speed-limit sign reportedly found in Sawyer's crashed car.

At 10:11 a.m., there was an accident on Main Street.

4:52 p.m., an intrusion alarm sounded on Highland Avenue.

Monday

At 3:15 p.m., mischief was reported on Main Street.
