At 1 p.m., a 26-year-old East Winthrop woman was issued a summons charging her with failing to notify the owner of property damaged in an accident and failure to report an accident. The charges followed a report of a 6:08 a.m. hit-and-run crash on U.S. Route 202 in East Winthrop. Detective Peter Struck of the Winthrop police said the vehicle involved in the crash was found later on Carlton Pond Road, where it had been abandoned.

THURSDAY 

At 5:44 p.m., Eric Dennis York, 29, of Sidney, was arrested on Middle Road on a warrant charging him with failure to pay a fine imposed for his conviction for receiving stolen property.
