Arrests
AUGUSTA
TUESDAY
At 9:56 p.m., Gregory Andrew Ouellet, 33, of Augusta, was charged with operating under the influence, operating after suspension and leaving the scene of a motor vehicle accidents. Ouellet also was issued warrants charging him with failure to appear to answer charges of operating after suspension, operating under the influence, assault and criminal trespass.
WINTHROP
TUESDAY
At 12:10 a.m., Rachel L. St. Hilaire, 28, of Winthrop, was arrested on a charge of operating under the influence during a traffic stop on Route 133.
