6:36 p.m., theft was reported at the Kennebec Valley YMCA on Union Street. 
9:55 p.m., a disturbance was reported on Noyes Court. 
Tuesday
At 4:17 a.m., disorderly conduct was reported on New England Road. 
7:09 a.m., there was an accident on Eastern Avenue.
8:29 a.m., there was an accident at the intersection of Route 3 and Riverside Drive. 
9 a.m., firefighters responded to an alarm at Farrington School on Eastern Avenue.
9:37 a.m., fraud was reported on Winthrop Street. 
12:48 p.m., an assault was reported on Gage Street. 
1:14 p.m., firefighters responded to an alarm at A-One Driving School on Winthrop Street. 
1:23 p.m., a stolen vehicle was reportedly recovered at Kennebec Plaza on Willow Street. 
1:26 p.m., there was a report of a traffic light malfunction at the intersection of Sewall and Capitol streets. 
2:01 p.m., an injury was reported after a crash on Civic Center Drive. 
4:05 p.m., there was a report of mischief at Hannaford on Cony Street. 
4:07 p.m., there was a report of a hit-and-run accident on Memorial Bridge.

At 10:26 a.m., there was a 911 hang-up on Spaulding Point Road. 
12:45 p.m., a 17-year-old was charged with criminal mischief by police responding to a report an assault at Central Maine Learning Center on Oakland Road.

There was as report of a domestic dispute on Dirigo Road. Police determined no assault had occurred.

At 9:55 a.m., suspicious activity was reported on Dresden Avenue.
12:13 p.m., mischief was reported on Water Street. 
1:07 p.m., theft was reported on Mount Vernon Street. 
2:10 p.m., there was an accident on Cobbossee Avenue.
2:32 p.m., a hold-up alarm was reported at Pine State Trading Company on Enterprise Avenue. 
4:13 p.m., there was a report of threatening on Oak Street. 
4:24 p.m., theft was reported at Hannaford on Maine Avenue.
10:19 p.m., a burglary was reported on Cherry Street.

A 2002 Nissan Frontier being driven north on Augusta Road by a 22-year-old Ellsworth woman skidded out of control in the snow. The vehicle went across the road and came to rest in a ditch on the left side of the roadway.

6:16 p.m., a burglary was reported on Pond Road. 
7:21 p.m., a hold up alarm sounded on Red Pain Road.

At 33-year-old Pittston man was charged with displaying a fictitious inspection sticker, operating with an expired license greater than 90 days and operating a motor vehicle with an expired registration greater than 150 days during a traffic stop.

At 2:22 p.m., Patricia Anne Apolito, 58, of Mount Vernon, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence and operating a vehicle without a license by police responding to a crash at the intersection of Tallwood and South roads that reportedly caused injury.

At 5:55 p.m., Eric Warren Larsen, 61, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant by police responding to a harassment complaint on State Street. 
11:56 p.m., Jonathan Richard Tobias, 34, of Augusta, was arrested on charges of operating under the influence, domestic violence reckless conduct with a dangerous weapon and domestic violence criminal mischief, on Raven Road.

At 5:12 p.m., Peter E. Gary, 60, of Augusta, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct, on Cedar Street. 
7:14 p.m., Nastasha Megan Massey, 28, of Chelsea, was arrested on charges of theft and unlawful possession of prescription drugs by police responding to a shoplifting complaint at Walmart on Civic Center Drive.

Samantha A. Deckard, 27, of Jefferson, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault, on Travel Pond Lane.

Joshua Irving, 32, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence assault by police responding to a complaint on Water Street.

Jeffery P. Luce, 34, of Whitefield, was arrested on warrants charging wildlife violations, on Route 17.
