7:34 p.m., traffic complaints were reported on Western Avenue.

8:39 p.m., a 43-year-old Augusta man was summonsed on a charge of operating a vehicle without a license by police making a motor vehicle stop on State and Hemple streets.

10:01 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Fairbanks Street.

10:46 p.m., a burglary from a motor vehicle was reported at Applebee's restaurant on Western Avenue.

At 1:20 a.m., a 21-year-old Augusta man was summoned on a charge of violating conditions of release by police responding to a pedestrian check at the railroad trestle on Water Street.

1:39 a.m., a disturbance was reported on Chapel Street.

2:11 a.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Gage Street.

3:39 a.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Gage Street.

8:56 p.m., theft was reported at Margaret Chase Smith House on Ridge Road.

9:02 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Sewall Street.

11:04 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Spruce Street.

11:33 p.m., a disturbance was reported on Laurel Street.

TUESDAY

At 4:46 a.m., Thomas A. Nye, 32, of Augusta, was arrested on a warrant for failure to pay fines and charged with operating after suspension from a prior conviction.

Friday

At 8:10 p.m., Vincent Michael Varanelli, 21, of South China, was arrested for violating probation and cultivating marijuana by police responding to a probation check on Hanson Road.

 

Chelsea

Friday

At 8:33 p.m., Donald Albert Mason, 30, of Farmingdale, was arrested by police responding to an accident involving injury on Windsor Road and Eastern Avenue.

 

Saturday

Winthrop

At 7:41 p.m., Bruce R. Ducharme, 43, of Litchfield, was arrested on a charge of domestic violence terrorizing.
