Kennebec Journal Police Report: Oct. 8-9



At 7:19 p.m., there was a traffic complaint on Riverside Drive.

8:19 p.m., there was a traffic complaint on Western Avenue.

11:49, disorderly conduct was reported on Parkview Terrace.


At 12:34 a.m., shoplifting was reported at Mobil on the Run on Bangor Street.

5:36 a.m., harassment was reported on Western Avenue.

5:42 a.m., there was a fire alarm at Camp Keyes on Winthrop Street.

8:32 a.m., harassment was reported at Greentree apartments on New England Road.

12:42 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported on Boothby Street.

1:02 p.m., a motor vehicle crash caused property damage at State and Bond streets.

3:56 p.m., a past burglary was reported at Meadow Park apartments on Fuller Road.

4:03 p.m., criminal mischief was reported on Hillcrest Street.

4:09 p.m., disorderly conduct was reported at American Eagle Outfitters on Stephen King Drive.

4:36 p.m., criminal mischief was reported at Augusta Plaza on Western Avenue.

10:22 p.m., a domestic disturbance was reported on North Street.

10:34 p.m., criminal mischief was reported at Capitol Street and Alden Avenue.

10:40 p.m., a person came to the Augusta Police Department on Union Street to report a theft.



At 12:33 a.m. a 22-year-old from Augusta was stopped at Memorial Drive and Gage Street and issued a summons charging failure to register a vehicle.

8:34 a.m., criminal mischief was reported at Calumet playground, Northern Avenue.

8:43 a.m., a caller from cPort Credit Union on Western Avenue reported fraud offenses.

12:01 p.m., a person came to the Augusta Police Department to report harassment.

12:15 p.m. a caller from Gage Street reported a domestic disturbance.

1:37 p.m., a caller from Lithgow Library on Winthrop Street reported criminal trespass.




At 11:55 a.m., a Bartlett Road caller reported a burglary.




A caller reported that someone had crawled under a three-quarter-ton GMC truck and sawed off the catalytic converter, valued at $100.




At 9:54 a.m., a Bowman Street caller reported theft.




At 7:50 p.m., suspicious activity was reported at the waterfront.




At 1:03 p.m., a disturbance/disorderly conduct, was reported on Second Street.




At 9:40 a.m., a Scenic Drive caller reported a theft.




At 5:46 p.m., a Torsey Shores Road caller reported a theft. 


At 1:49 p.m., a 44-year old Winthrop man was issued a summons charging him with domestic violence assault, domestic violence criminal threatening and violating condition of release following a report of threatening on Stanley Road.




At 8:25 a.m., a caller from Maple Ridge reported a burglary.




At 1:31 p.m., a caller from Town House Road reported a burglary.




At 4:51 p.m., a Main Street caller reported a burglary.

At 10:42 a.m., caller from Hallowell-Litchfield Road reported a theft.



Oct. 2

A monitor heater valued at $1,500 was reported stolen from a bank-owned property.






At 10:54 p.m., Nicholas Getchell Bickford, 21, of Sidney, was arrested on two warrants at the Kennebec County jail.




Chelsea L. Phillips, 22, of Jefferson, was arrested on a charge of violating conditions of release.
