A 56-year-old China woman was charged with operating a vehicle wit an expired license greater than 90 days during a traffic light for a defective headlight on U.S. Route 202. The woman’s drivers license expired in 1991.

The impact caused the driver’s side airbag to deploy and caused significant damage to the bottom of the vehicle.
