• Laurie C. Gilliland, 44, of Portland, operating while license suspended or revoked Nov. 10, 2012, in Winslow; $500 fine.

• Kiley J. Grotton, 24, of Hallowell, violating condition of release Nov. 1, 2011, in Augusta and theft by receiving stolen property, Nov. 1, 2011, in Vassalboro; 50 hours of community service work.

• Jesse R. Hanson, 24, of Augusta, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer Nov. 20, 2012, in Oakland; 28-day jail sentence.

• Jill E. Hansen, 46, of Oakland, operating under the influence, two counts of operating while license suspended or revoked and two counts of violating condition of release Dec. 4, 2012, in Oakland; 10-day jail sentence, to be served in the alternative sentencing program, $1,700 in fines, three-year license and registration suspension.

• Dale P. Hatch, 47, of Benton, operating under the influence Oct. 6, 2012, in Waterville; 10-day jail sentence, to be served in the alternative sentencing program, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

• Hartley D. Hathorne, 64, of Winthrop, operating under the influence Jan. 18 in Readfield; 96-hour jail sentence to be served in the alternative sentencing program, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

• Dylan R. Holt, 19, of Pittston, unlawful possession of scheduled drug Nov. 9, 2011, in Litchfield; 180-day jail sentence, all suspended, one-year probation, $400 fine.

• Aericka L’Italien, 25, of Augusta, operating under the influence Dec. 1, 2012, in Augusta; $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

• Justin McInnis, 29, of Augusta, domestic violence terrorizing and disorderly conduct Dec. 31, 2012, in Augusta; $400 in fines, up to $150 restitution.

• Herve Mubirigi, 24, of South Portland, operating under the influence Nov. 16, 2012, in Waterville; 96-hour alternative sentencing program, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

• Kayla M. Pickell, 22, of Madison, operating under the influence Nov. 16, 2012, in Waterville; four-day jail sentence to be served in the alternative sentencing program, $500 fine, 90-day license suspension.

• Billy Pizarro, 32, of Lewiston, violating protective order Dec. 3, 2012, in Augusta; 55-day jail sentence, credit for time served,

• Donald Albert Stuart, 54, of Pittston, violating condition of release Jan. 23 in Pittston; 24-hour jail sentence, credit for time served.

• Michael C. Swift, 25, of Chelsea, assault and terrorizing June 9, 2012, in Augusta; two-year jail sentence, all but 30 days suspended, two years of probation, $300 fine.

• Timothy L. Vannah, 37, of Litchfield, three counts of unlawful possession of scheduled drugs and criminal forfeiture of $1,352 cash Nov. 9, 2011; and unlawful trafficking in scheduled drugs, violating condition of release and criminal forfeiture of $1,540 Aug. 5, 2012, all in Litchfield; three-year jail sentence, all but six months suspended, two years of probation, $1,600 in fines.

• Terrell Washington, 23, of Bronx, N.Y., unlawful trafficking in heroin Dec. 14, 2012, in Augusta; four-year jail sentence, all but 100 days suspended, two years of probation, $400 fine, $240 restitution.

• James E. York, 54, of Bangor, operating after habitual offender revocation Dec. 12, 2011, in Winslow; 18-month prison sentence, $1,000 fine.
