Fowle, Keliher get Senate confirmation

 The Maine Senate today confirmed Evert Fowle Jr. of Vassalboro to become a district court judge and Patrick C. Keliher of South Gardiner as commissioner of the Department of Marine Resources.

 The Senate also voted to confirm Nancy D. Carlson of Dixfield as a district court judge; the reappointment of E. Paul Eggert of Portland as a district court judge; and Joseph H. Field of Freeport as an active retired district court judge.
